The e-Segurnet mobile app enables drivers to fully replace the traditional paper accident report and is officially accepted by all insurance companies in the country. Users can enter driver, vehicle and insurance details, upload photos from the scene and rely on geolocation to record exact coordinates. The app provides pre-set accident diagram templates and allows both parties to sign digitally, with documents automatically sent to insurers and stored electronically. The service is also доступен via web browser with full functionality. Meanwhile, PSP police warn of rising fraud: reported staged accidents in 2025 have more than tripled compared with figures from four years earlier.
