The third edition of the Festival Ibérico de Papagaios Gigantes will take place on April 17–18 at Foz do Arelho beach, marking one of the season’s most vibrant family events. Throughout the day, dozens of giant kites from Portuguese and Spanish teams will soar above the coastline. The program features synchronized flights, aerial acrobatics, and—weather permitting—an evening light show with illuminated kites. Families can also join free kite-making workshops with no prior registration required. Each day will conclude at the Sunset Lounge with music by DJ Akur.
