More than 61,000 cultural artifacts from Portuguese museums, monuments, palaces, and archaeological sites have been digitized and made freely accessible online under the “Cultural Heritage 360” project. The initiative aims to broaden public access to heritage, offering materials suitable for both general audiences and researchers. The collection includes national treasures and a wide range of items, from jewelry to large sculptures. It also features 67 virtual tours and 13 documentaries. A new online portal, expected to launch in June, will centralize access. Although the project has concluded, further expansion is planned, pending additional funding of around €15 million.
