The Lisbon Book Fair will take place at Eduardo VII Park from May 27 to June 14, featuring an expanded cultural and community-focused program. Organizers have scheduled more than 2,200 events, including author talks, book launches, panel discussions and signing sessions, with participation from 128 publishers and around 900 literary brands. In addition to the literary program, visitors can attend live concerts, open-air film screenings and popular silent reading parties. This year’s edition will also emphasize accessibility and sustainability through adapted spaces for people with disabilities, free stroller rentals, improved navigation and a plan to plant 8,750 trees. The traditional Hora H promotion will also return, offering discounts of at least 50% on selected books during the fair’s final hour from Monday to Thursday.
